The process of ordering your wedding cake…

I take on a maximum of two wedding cake orders per week so that I can keep up my exceptional standards and put all my attention into making a centrepiece for your special day. Peak dates get booked up fast so I recommend booking your wedding cake 12+ months in advance.

To get an estimate price for a cake please provide the date required, venue, approximate portions needed and any inspiration images/mood boards/themes that you have in mind. I aim to create a cake unique to you so any inspiration will be used to create a design rather than a direct copy of other cake designs. Once an estimate has been provided and you are happy to proceed, a non-refundable save the date deposit of £75 is required. Please note that no orders are confirmed without payment.

Cake box samples are available if you would like to try before you buy. Boxed samples containing 5 cake flavours – of your choice off my menu – can be purchased and collected for £15 from my home in Rugby or posted for £25. £15 would then be deducted from your cake cost when you proceed with an order.

Once your wedding cake deposit is received, you will be invited for a consultation approximately 6-9 months before your wedding date to finalise the cake design. It is helpful to bring any colour swatches, invites, pictures of wedding flowers, etc. if you would like to tie these into your cake design. If you cannot make it to a consultation then we can have all our discussions via email/telephone

Balances are due 4 weeks before delivery. Please note that due to the delicate nature of cakes and the stress of transporting stacked cakes, collection is not normally available for any multi-tiered wedding cakes.


All cakes are made fresh to order from high quality ingredients including real butter, free range eggs, homemade vanilla extract, Belgian chocolate and luxury curds and conserves.

Below are some starting prices for wedding cakes and desserts, more detailed estimates can be provided upon request.

For orders over £250, delivery and set up is included within a 20 mile radius of CV23 0WP. This covers most of the surrounding areas of Rugby including large parts of Warwickshire, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire. If you venue is further away – don’t worry. Contact me and I can give you a quote. The below prices allow for ‘classic’ flavours; ‘indulgent’ flavours will increase the price (see my flavour menu).

Cake stands are also available to hire.

iced wedding cakes

Prices start from:

3 tiers to serve 100 – £350

3 tiers to serve 130 – £385

4 tiers to serve 138 – £425

4 tiers to serve 185 – £480

5 tiers to serve 250 – £550

5 tiers to serve 380 – £675

​This price is for a plain iced cake with colour coordinating ribbon. All handmade flowers and other decorations will be charged for in addition to the above. 3 tier wedding cakes (the most commonly ordered) with sugar flowers and decoration typically fall within the £425-£500 bracket

Wedding Favours

All favours come in individual bags or boxes with colour coordinating ribbons. Tags or stickers can also be provided.

Prices start from:

Fondant Iced Biscuits £2.50 each (minimum order 12)

Cupcakes £3.00 each (minimum order 12)

2 macarons £4.00 (minimum order 24)

Homemade Marshmallows £2.25 for 6 pieces (minimum order 10 bags/60 pieces)

Cake Pops £2.50 each (minimum order 12)


My cake tiers are approximately 5″ tall as standard so I recommend a regular (wedding) portion size of 1″x1″ or if you prefer a large (dessert) portion of cake then I’d recommend 2″x1″ portions.

Portion and cutting guides can be provided for all cakes.

A multi tiered cake usually has at least a 2″ gap between tiers to allow for decoration. I suggest allowing for 80% of your guests to eat cake unless you’d like to have some leftover to pop in your freezer and munch through at your leisure. Yum!
