Cherry chocolate  a rich chocolate cherry fudge cake with cherry conserve and vanilla buttercream

Lemon & elderflower  a luscious lemon sponge cake filled with elderflower buttercream and lemon curd

Orange  a zesty orange sponge cake filled with orange buttercream and orange curd

Cherry bakewell  a delicious almond flavoured sponge filled with almond & cherry flavoured buttercream and cherry conserve

Raspberry ripple  a fluffy raspberry rippled sponge cake filled with raspberry ripple buttercream and raspberry conserve


Tiramisu an indulgent tiramisu flavoured sponge drizzled with marsala wine syrup and filled with coffee buttercream

Chocolate & salted caramel a rich and fudgy chocolate cake filled with scrumptious salted caramel sauce and buttercream

White chocolate and raspberry a smooth, creamy white chocolate mud cake filled with a delicious white chocolate and raspberry buttercream

Strawberry and prosecco a light sponge cake drizzled with a prosecco syrup and filled with prosecco buttercream and a strawberry and prosecco conserve

Carrot a deliciously moist, rich cake packed with carrots and with a hint of spice and filled with cinnamon or cream cheese flavoured buttercream (pecans & sultanas optional)

Fruit Packed full of fruit, almonds, spices and zest and fed lashings of brandy! 


Toffee apple  a sweet, moist cake bursting with caramel flavours. Filled with toffee apple flavoured buttercream and toffee apple curd 

Mince pie  a festive spiced cake filled with brandy buttercream and luxury mincemeat

Chocolate orange  a rich and fudgy chocolate cake with chocolate orange pieces and filled with a chocolate orange buttercream

Fruit cakes are covered with marzipan and sugarpaste icing and need to be ordered at least 6 weeks in advance to allow them to mature. All other cakes are covered in white or dark chocolate ganache before being covered in sugarpaste icing.

The above show my typically ordered flavours for wedding cakes but I will always accommodate other flavour requests where possible.  Please note that although I can provide cakes that are baked with free from ingredients, I do regularly handle gluten, dairy and nuts in my kitchen therefore cannot guarantee that my cakes won’t have trace amounts of them present.
